Never Search Alone is a book by Phyl Terry and a free, volunteer-run program built on one finding from 25 years with job seekers: everyone is afraid in a search, and searching alone lets the fear make your decisions. So they don't let you. You're matched into a Job Search Council — four to six peers at your career stage, working one method together until each of you lands.
